PTG Food, a global food manufacturer headquartered in Hong Kong, and 6E Capital, a prominent family office, are pleased to announce their strategic partnership to jointly operate Vesta Industrial Bakery Solutions Company. As part of this collaboration, 6E Capital will become a minority shareholder with board representation, while Mac El Omari will assume the role of Executive Vice Chairman at Vesta.

Vesta baking solutions made a debut in the 9th Bakery China Summit from November 1 to November 2. Moreover, it had also sponsored the 2nd China Parallel Forum for Young Entrepreneurs in Baking Industry, which provided the platform for representative corporations engaged in various linkages related to baking industrial chain to jointly prospect the innovation and development trend of the industry.

In 2010, the Business Investment Bureau of France brought the French Bread Festival to Shanghai, being the grand meeting for the baking industry, the festival allows for various ingredient suppliers and equipment servers to share experience and learn from each other by exchanging knowledge while also acting as a showcase for various hand-made bakeries.
